   I have been a teacher in many capacities over the years: computer-related material, languages (French, Norwegian and English as a Second Language), and Writing. I am comfortable both in classroom or tutorial settings and am prepared to share information with users in whatever way works best for them. My role is and always has been as an intermediary between the technical world and the user world.
